How To Return An Item
The Nordic Nutraceuticals UK Ltd Store accepts and ships physical product orders only to customers within the continental United Kingdom.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Return Exceptions: Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.
*If the reason of the product return is due to a faulty/damaged product, you will be refunded the sum of the return delivery, after we have received the product and our QA has assessed the damage. You will then receive a follow-up mail from our QA department, in order to further inform you on the issue.
If the product return is based on personal/private reasons, and not due to faulty/damaged products, the customer will not be reimbursed the return delivery fee.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
For UK-delivered orders that are under £50.00, we charge a nominal postage and packing fee of £4.20.
UK orders that are £50.00 or over are DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE. Dependent on weight, your order will either be sent by Second Class signed for delivery (Royal Mail) or via our nominated courier. A signature is required on receipt of the goods if delivered by our courier.
